How do I provide you with access to my Shopify store?
We need your collaborators request code to be able to send you the request for the online store access, you can find your collaborators request code in Settings > Users and Permissions > Collaborators.
Than in the "user" section you will see a request to grant Digismoothie access to your online store, simply confirm this request in your account administration. Click for complete manual
. If we ask you for ADMIN ACCESS, we will need the access data (email and password) of the admin (owner) of the online store. We recommend setting a temporary password, which you can change after our work is completed.
I have placed an order, what happens next?
After making an order in our online store, you’ll get a notification email and we’ll contact you in 24 hours about next steps depending on the products in your order. Please, prepare as many information about your online store and task for us as you can.
How much time does it take to implement ordered customisations on my online store?
The delivery time is determined by the description of the service. The delivery time starts from the moment we get your payment for the purchased service and you have provided us with all the required documents.
How can I order a service on your online store?
Very easily, the ordering process is fast and simple - select the desired service in the list of services and make the purchase as you would on any other online store.
What are the payment options on the Digismoothie store?
Payment options are card payment, bank transfer or PayPal. If you choose to pay with a bank transfer, you will receive an invoice to the email address provided after the order has been processed.
Is it possible to limit access into orders section on my online store?
Yes, when granting Digismoothie access to your online store, you can choose exactly which parts of the online store you grant access to.
Can I contact you via phone before we start our collaboration?

How does it work?
Products in our shop are determined primarily for eCommerce owners. Delivery time and exact price are set in advance. Project execution is usually 3 - 7 working days. A small portion of our products also require an introductory call such as Shopify Migration Audit.
